  “Grosse Gewächse”-Tasting, flight 2, wine 3. The wine was intense, medium yellow-golden in colour and had a very developed nose of citrus, peach, apple peel, almond and petrol aromas. On the palate the medium- to full-bodied wine showed apple, apple peel and peach flavours, complemented by distinct saltiness, with medium-plus acidity, a touch of residual sugar and very good length. The balanced, medium- to full-bodied wine seemed very developed for such a young wine, but should pair well with food.
