I'd echo DRWINE2001's TN "Hard to characterize the fruit, which adds support to the Chablis broth and stone rather than being the leading element."
What great depth of stone fruit and citrus, a great finish, all supported by a flinty and seashell inflected minerality.
This is ready. Maybe there's benefit to further holding, but unless you've got multiple bottles to follow over time, I woundn't hesitate to pull a cork now.

Medium yellow. Flowers and salty broth. Medium weight with a touch of wood, very elegant. Essence of Chablis. Hard to characterize the fruit, which adds support to the Chablis broth and stone rather than being the leading element. Vaudésir is never the biggest nor most impactful Grand Cru, but is often very lovely, as is the case here. I sometimes think of it as the Charmes-Chambertin of Chablis.

Relatively quiet and understated, melon rind, lemon curd, salt sea air. Fantastic paired with a tray of uni.

Flawed by premox. I have not had much trouble with Billaud-Simon with premox but this was undrinkable. Sigh.
