Burgundy Producer Dinner (Bistro de l'Hotel - Beaune): Black tea and good spice to start, very intriguing. Faded quickly. I've never seen this wine before, but would imagine it was an assemblage of younger vine or declassified Echezeaux, Grands-Echezeaux and Brulees?
