Beautiful golden color in the glass. The nose shows notes quince, canned pear, lychee and apricot details along with papaya, melon, honeysuckle, jasmine tea and clove oil. The palate is full and carries fleshy textures. Alcohol is a warming above moderate level and acidity is medium/medium-plus. Flavors translate from the nose showing papaya, canned pear, lychee and quince with a spicy clove presence, honeysuckle and jasmine. The finish is long and warm. Drink up.

Still alive and well at seven years old. Citrus and honey as well as marzipan help with his big boy rhone ranger viogner. Still with good acidity to help it pair well with our lunch salads and leftover grilled halibut and salmon. Always a crowdpleaser.

Straw in color viscous mouth coating feel with lemon, thyme, smokey apricot with a hint of peach. Has plenty of minerality and fruit. Feel like it is in a sweet spot right now.

Big and fleshy... reasonable balance. Plenty of alcohol yes, but enough super ripe fruit that the big A is easy to overlook. Not quite my cup of tea but easy to appreciate the hedonism that is this wine. For a five year old big boy Viognier I'm impressed how well it's showing.

Golden color. Light honey and lemon aromas. Lush apple, honey and butterscotch flavors with some citrus and a lengthy finish.
