Just a real drinkable bottle. An excellent example of the type. Clear, pale gold and medium-bodied. Apple, pear with a bit of grass and a touch of clean "stone" minerality. Dry, low acidity and almost full-bodied. Very balanced and a bit complex and quite a long finish. I like this wine a lot.

Crisp and refreshing. Flavorfull (a lot of citrus)complemented perfectly by the acidity. Not too mineraly. I wouldn't have it with Kung Pao chicken again, but I'm definitely going to have some of this with some light seafood.
