  • Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light brown colour with fading greenish rim and legs.
    Nose: Clean, with pronounced intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon peel, tropical fruit of ripe mango, stone fruit of apricot, dried fruit of fig and raisin, maturity notes of honey, sweet spice of cinnamon. The wine is developing.
    Palate: Sweet with high acidity, the wine has low alcohol, full body with pronounced intensity flavors of citrus fruit of lemon peel, dried fruit of sultana, stone fruit of apricot, tropical fruit of ripe mango, maturity notes of honey. The wine has a long finish.
    Conclusion: Very good quality German Silvaner TBA with a very intense nose showing great complexity, full of citrus and ripe tropical fruit characters in addition to the botrytis notes, the wine is amazing on the palate, with the high acidity balancing well the strong sweetness, strongly concentrated flavors of similar profile as well as a very long finish. It is ready to drink now but can further develop for another 10-15 years.
