  Full body, very smooth after 10 years. Oak, leather, spices, delicate tannins. Excellent with a roast. Very nice

  Lovely after about 30 minutes. Earthy, full and delicious. Drank with BBQ and it was wonderful.

  Red and dark fruits, a little vanilla, lots of spice and considerable tannins on the finish. Good now but better with some time. Very tasty with homemade meatballs (pork, chicken and beef).

  fairly classy nose of deep, dark, ripe fruits, especially black raspberry, with marked vanilla note and general spicy touch. rich, quite tannic, tongue coating taste of ;strong, harsh tannic remains on tongue. needs at least 3 years to mature.
