  Crisp and clean, with lemony pear and soursop, it takes on some weight through the middle leading to a tangy finish. The acidity is prominent enough that it pairs better with food than it drinks alone, though well within my acid tolerant limits. It isn't terribly complex, but is pleasant and a fine value.
