Cracking little red here that gives you everything you would want in a cheaper Bordeaux - it has the depth and supple flavours wrapped around a spine that is neither too oaky or too scratchy. A bit of pepper (I guess there is Cab Franc in this) gives this a great finish - better with food.
No reason to age this - drink it young. A good quaffer.

Very good generic St Emilion satellite wine - soft tannins , good fruit and a hint of the creamy milk chocolate note of good right bank claret excellent value at its reduced price of £8.74 at £13 not so sure .

WES - Bordeaux - Hidden Gems (LSE Holborn): Medium high intensity. Deep garnet colour. Touch dusty with cooked sweet plums and a little pepper on the nose. Rich, sweet fruit and good acidity. Some ripe tannic structure. A little chewy.
