Very ripe blackberry juice, beautiful oak, sweet spices, acidity, tannin and bitterness. Full bodied and good freshness. A really beautiful wine with still a good future.

15% Alc; Deep black-purple, very attractive, lifted aromas of super-ripe almost baked fruits with toast, oak spices, liquorice, mineral and cherry schnapps. Generous and full-bodied, it is still a surprisingly soft and approachable entry. The mineral element balances the sweetness of the fruit and glycerol. The texture is somewhat silky and luxuriant rather than the dry spice mineral typical of Priorat. Immense concentration, this is still a powerful wine with dry tannins that finished long. The fact that this is Carignan without Garnacha may explain its different dynamic.
