I remember this wine as one of the best value Turkish wines, usually priced below 7€. The 2005, 2006, and 2008 were all decently balanced, fruity wines for allround use. Unfortunately the 2011 does not provide the same experience. Medium red in colour, it has the strawberry nose that is quite typical for this wine, but the palate is seriously diluted and there is no resemblance of a structure. To makes things even worse there is an alcoholic bitterness on the finish. "What a cheap plonk" is the first feeling that comes to mind. Disappointing.
