  Medium buttercup yellow, mature appearance; deep and harmonious nose, excellent typicity, aromatic, smoky oak, fruit (citrus, pear, peach) and a hint of fir; wonderful elliptical shape, perfect weight, smooth texture, elegant and compact, perfectly balanced, flavoursome, juicy and fresh, shows considerable finesse and subtlety; lovely length.
