I really enjoyed this wine. It is drinking nicely today. It was medium-bodied emanating fresh, crisp notes of pear and apple with a hint of oak. The oak seemed to disappear after a short while.

Both the nose and palate started out with oak notes but immediately developed into much more - a creamy, smooth texture contrasted with refreshing acidity and flavours of green fruit, citrus, and grass/green veggies on the palate. This all combined with a smoky/flinty quality on the finish. It presents a wonderful example what a chardonnay can be in the hands of a skilled and experienced winemaker (and a prime region, as well). Interestingly enough, winemaker Pascal Marchand is originally from Quebec!

Coming together very nicely. Ready to drink now. Apple, lemon, and hazel nuts on the nose; the palate has a decent weight, nice acidity and touch of mineral note. The oak has disappeared. Moderate finish.

White flowers, pears, smoke and wet stones adorn the nose and palate of this straw-colored, light-bodied, minimally oaked Chardonnay. Freshly acidic and with well-integrated alcohol (listed as 13%), it holds its flavors nicely in the middle and closes with a tart, medium-length finish. This should be best in its youth. Drink now-2017.

This bottle did not show as well as the previous ones, but still decent wine. Clean fruit , nice acidity and mineral note.
