Well, either the Zalto Bordeaux is really helping this thing along or its amazing on day two. Earth, truffle, savory spice mixed with red cherry fruit, a bitter green attack on the palate (in the nicest possible way) and very good energy. I am reading its $13 a bottle. And that's allot of wine for $13.

Steak, cheddar, like a pinot, tart, wants food with fat, not heavy. Decant for an hour. Cherry not complex. 11.95

Subtle for such a young one. Nice cherry and plum, long finish. I'll cellar for a awhile.
