  • Shamefully fruity, like lemonade. Only thing that I will give it is that the 12 g of residual sugar is surprisingly well hidden by a good acidity. Not a tannin in sight though.
    Nose is very much ripasso. Initially there's some distinct volatile notes, with urine at the forefront. But also pine resin and lots of raisins and figs. Finishes of with a seedy bitterness.

    Not a great wine, but at least more generous than other cheap end Ripasso and true to the type

  • Very young and fruity. Modern wine, with sweet red berrie-fruit. Some oak, balanced, good acidity with nice tannin-structure. Should perhaps sleep 1-3 years for my personal taste, to let the fruit integrate more, but thats just a matter of taste I guess, anyway, nice wine. Could do without the wooden box though...
