Tasted at the winery, served a bit cold. This is from their Gutsweine line from a blend of vineyards. No malolactic fermentation, no oak. Nice fresh acidity but at a moderately high level, less so than their high acid non-GG Rieslings from the same year. This wine I really enjoyed. A well done silvaner, with apple notes (mildly green apple) and lemon. A muted nose probably because of the serving temperature. A great value at the winery price of €9.50, and would go well with spring's white asparagus (a classic Sylvaner pairing).

Light, dry in classic Silvaner fashion. Nice wine.

Nice with food. Better a bit warmer. Plenty of acid. Not long or age worthy.

Rather thin and unspectacular...

Slightly creamy, lime fruit, white stone fruit too, bright acidity, very pure, nice minerality. Very fresh. Good length. 89-91
