Tasting in a good spot right now, the fruit is still present, some bright red currant and pomegranate and quite a spicy side to it. Decent acidity and a lengthy finish, well worth cellaring these wines

Lovely, soft red cherry nose - fruit is still fleshy but some secondary earth coming through. Nice oak and spice with splashes of acid. Good balance and at our just past it's peak. May start to come apart over the next few years but an absolute pleasure now

Brief note only, tasted at the annual NZ Trade tasting London 2015
Nose okay, but expected more.
Taste..... light to medium body only; nice soft fruit but there's a Green edge I didn't expect. In the end, disappointed. Maybe the vintage? 2012 reportedly ''difficult'' in Martinborough.
RR price £35.00.......maybe worth that, I'm not sure.

m+ depth dark ruby. intense flavour, dark berries, sweet herbals, liquorice, some earth and savoury notes. Fine grained medium tannins, solid acidity, all mellowed, super balance on concentration and weight. One of top NZ Pinot Noir.
Ap 5/5, Ar 13/15, Palate 18/20, Overall 5+3/10 Total 94+/100

By the glass at the BA lounge from a relatively fresh bottle. Ripe, spicy, sweet textbook new world Pinot . Ripe fruit focussed and the acidity and thus structure suffer. Soft tannin and the wine feels a bit on the watery side on the mid palate. had to go back and get another glass to make sure we didn't mix the wines given the ratings below. Granted his is not our style of wine but still not very impressive and a touch too sweet. 87
