Popped and poured at cellar temp. A very nice, elegant, light wine, with white stone fruit, light peach, on the nose and a bit of a floral component. The palate is also quite peachy, lightly so, good acidity. I really like this wine, it is light and elegant. Went very well with pan-fried perch and swiss chard fried in olive oil and white wine.
