Popped and poured. Aroma of menthol, black fruit and dishwater. Cherry flavor up front. Cherry, cola and cinnamon in the finish. Firm, balanced, not complex.
I was going to say this has good staying power, but a couple of glasses in it starts to develop a slightly cloying thread. Flavor profile is not entirely in my wheelhouse (I could live without the cola). Good, but doesn't wear well.

Gorgeous creature. Kenny really knows hhis craft. This simple yet substantial Pinot has it all. For the price (I can't remember exactly at the moment) this is a super value Pinot. I'll bet it ages we'll too but the bonus here is that no aging is necessary. Drink up.

yes, definitely a less extracted approach. still does a juicy watermelon aroma. Watermelon candy. at pop and pour doesn't seem too earth, or brown sugar. a more finger-lakes-y take. hints at lean cinnamon to the nose, perhaps this will make way for some earthiness. On the palate, med/+, if not high acid. but with all this acid, the palate is still SO smooth. Glides. guzzle-able.

Fleshing out. Fairly bold for the Folk Machine Pinot. Delicious.
