The nose is a dead-ringer for an entry-level champagne. Lemon, lime, green apple, honey, toast and moss. Very creamy in the mouth (medium bodied) with persistent acid and a nice balancing sweetness. The mouth watering finish goes on and on. Not terribly complex, but there is good material here. This is good with out the bubbles, mineral and tart. Too sweet and bubbly upon opening but showed nicely after being open for 4 hours. This also showed best out of a Bordeaux glass. Drink now.

Roberson Wine Fair: Very active mousse, grape-y and green apple, a little sour.
