Straw color, definite bubbles, rim variation consistent with age, good clarity. Medium to fast legs. Many aromas but none that tend to sweet: grapefruit, lime, green apple, touch of mango. Definite petrol, stoniness, hints of nutmeg, apple blossom, baking spices, honey. And on Day 1, there was a distinct but slight mustard aroma. On the palate, acid, acid! with lime, grapefruit, baking spaces; no honey nor mango nor, fortunately, mustard. Light body, bright to linear texture. Short finish, high acidity. Based on 2 nights of tasting. Impression: not quite varietally correct due to that pesky mustard aroma. At $20, QPR below average. Drink now.
