Didn't get the stink that I recall. Days two and three held up great. Floral and fruit, some mineral, acid could be a bit higher for my tastes. Pleasing introduction to a new varietal.

Definitely needs to warm up some (from refrigerator temperature) in order to blossom. At 40 degrees, it's a pretty neutral, boring wine. At 50 degrees it's much more expressive. Apple, pear, melon, floral, nutty. Medium+ acidity (on the low side for Soave), medium finish. Clean, crisp, refreshing. But not very memorable.

Little reductive stink on it. Otherwise peachy fruit and kinda fun.
