Pineapple, apple, lime, on a slightly chalky medium body. Perfectly lovely and still quite youthful, but lacking the complexity and integration to be anything more than good.

Lemon and lime, makes you pucker. Green apple, honey, metal. Moderate acid, extremely long finish, mouth watering quality. Petrol that blows off with some time. Very good.

Limey and unctuous. A ton of crystals at the bottom of the bottle. A little more than semisweet, semi-acidic, OK in length. I appreciate the 7.5% -- makes the sipping even easier. Fairly priced at $19.

I struggle with Riesling that is not Trocken in style. I like the lime and slate notes but the the oily texture, weight and sweetness I struggle with. I can see how this would be a good match with spicy food but I prefer the dry versions for summer sipping. I'll keep trying every once in a while though.

This was pretty good with a spicy Kung Pao. Some tropical fruits and citrus. I didn't find this overly sweet like I usually do with Kabinett.
