Last night I opened the 2011 Domaine des Croix Corton La Vigne au Saint and drank over four hours. Very expressive nose and plush bright red fruit on the palate. Some spice and mineral. Medium acidity with tannins that got sweeter over the four hours. Needs more time, but potential is evident. Not a hint of green.
