This is a crisp, bright, mineraly chard -- reminiscent of a classic Burgundy. Lots of character with grapefruit up front and a nice green plum finish. Not much butter and only a hint of oak on its own, but I'm drinking a glass with some roasted nuts, dried fruit, and the local Cowgirl Creamery triple cream Mt Tam and the roasty-sweet snacks and rich, earthy cheese really help this wine sing. Heavenly combo.

lush nose of white nectarine, peaches, jasmine and meyer lemon. . Nice mineral notes all around.
Pairs well with grilled fish, roasted chicken or quiche.
