  • Neighbourhood friends late night at home. My bottle. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Appearance is clear, very pale intensity, ruby colour with garnet rim. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of lovely decaying earth, elegant red cherries, slight black cherries, stony minerality. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), smooth medium+ tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of elegant ripe red cherries, black cherries, stony minerality, decaying earth and forest floor. Long finish with the stony minerality lingering.
Very good quality. Lovely elegance. Drinking in a good zone.
