This is a great Ca pinot. Bigger body with minimal earth to it. Definitely not burgundy style. Still a great pinot. It has life left in it. No need to rush to drink.

Medium ruby. The nose is... Wow! Lifted aromas of strawberry, dried cherry, cranberry, cedar, coconut, juniper, and petrol. Palate is delicate, cherry cola, nutmeg, mocha, almond, forest floor, and almost salty. Med+ acid, med intensity, med alcoh, long finish. A very memorable wine.

See previous note. The Pacific maritime breeze, gravel pit, plumb, strawberry preserves, roasted chicory and dried grass on a sunny day all truly intrigue. Very long and truly Grand Cru in terms of quality and comparable elements. Absolutely classic and only nine-hundred bottles made. Decanted for two hours. Drink 2018 - 2032.

Typically love this winery, but this small bottling of extreme maritime vineyards did not have enough fruit for us
