  Weekly tasting group #180; A fully blind test. (@ My place): Dark red. In the bouquet very lactic with a lot of cherries. Also oak, mint and coffee. On the palate also cherries, some vanilla of ok oak, a good length and some heat in the finish. 4 days later the wine was still very much alive. The lactic/cherry yoghurt impressions were much less. The coffee was still there, also some toast and chocolate. The sweetness was more prominent. Ok acidity and round tannin. For the price of less than $12 this is a very good buy and the wine will probably still be ok around 2019. 86 - 87
