Bright ruby with muted nose mixed cherries, sun baked soil and a whiff of oak spice. To taste it delivers a great depth of flavour with baked cherries, blackberries, Christmas cake and lots of ground black pepper and spices on the long finish. Excellent wine for the price at £13 from the Wine Society and would certainly buy again.

Deep red colour with some fading at the rim - ruby colour in fact Dark fruit on the nose with spicy notes Simple on the palate, sweet, dark fruit, cloves, it's a nice ruby though from memory not a patch on Bin 27 from Fonseca.

Pop ‘N’ Pour: dark as ink, smells of strawberry, raspberry and a little bit of eucalyptus, light body, smooth in the mouth with acidity and strawberry, not as sweet as Graham’s port normally is, in the aftertaste strawberry, acidity and a little bit of pepper, medium length (20 sec) Pop ‘N’ Pour + 24 hours: smells of dried strawberry, wet stone (minerality) and a little, little bit of eucalyptus, still a light body, in the mouth strawberry and a little bit of acidity, in the aftertaste strawberry and a little bit of acidity, medium length (20 sec) Nice Reserve Ruby but not as good as the Six Grapes, it’s less complex and kind of simple, only recommendable if you get it cheap (cheaper the Six Grapes for instance)

Mix equal parts of grape juice and Vodka and save yourself a trip to TJ where they are selling this Port cheap at $13.
Thinnest port I have ever tasted. Appears to be designed for fruity California tastes. It was mildly interesting when first opened with raspberry, cherry notes and a pleasant finish but way too thin for satisfying. After day 2, it was just sweetened alcohol.
Avoid.

As good a Port as I remember having! Will see how it develops over the next few weeks. Nice to have by the fireplace when the wind chill is 30 below!
