Drinking very well now. Lighter, slightly faded maroon in the glass not as deep of a violet that I am used to from the California Pinots. Doesn't matter, I'd take this in the pepsi challenge with any of those. Moderate nose of plum and cherry and a steady even taste with fruity tones, well balanced, not overpowering. I find myself enjoying this very much, it would be perfect with a meal, I'd go with white meat - chicken or pork.

Generally balanced with lots of acid, spice, and tannin for a Pinot. We would liked some more fruit but it stays true to Willamette style.

Perfumed bouquet. Acid, earth. Not much body, and somewhat short in the finish.
