  This one has been buried away for a while.
  Good nose but a little thin on the palate. Was expecting more fruit and complexity but seemed a little lacklustre.

  A whiff of oxidation blows off quickly and one hour in with a good chill, this wine swung for the fences. Yellow quince-like fruit with lemon, honeycrisp apple, pie crust/graham cracker and a touch of cinnamon wading around in the mineral pool, at eight years out this wine is spectacularly at peak, decadent in the most refined way possible.

  Medium yellow. Lemon, spice on the nose. Nice balance. Falls a little short on the finish. Solid Chablis from one of my favorite producers.
