100% pinot (667, 777 & 115). 11 months French Oak – 50% New. 14.5% ABV. I let it breathe for an hour. Drank over two. Ripe and juicy with plum and berry notes. Tried it on day 3 after freezing and was just as good.

Bing cherries, orange zest, cocoa, underbrush and baking spices adorn the nose and palate of this medium ruby, medium-bodied wine. Freshly acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14.5%) and with nicely integrated oak, its tannins are silky at this point. Finishing long and smooth, this Pinot is in a very good place. Drink now-2023.

It has been nearly two years since my last experience with this medium ruby, medium-bodied Pinot. Since then, it has added a strong component of orange zest to its aromatic and flavor profiles, while continuing to deliver Bing cherry, cocoa and spice elements. The previously edgy tannins have rounded out, making this fresh, seamlessly alcoholic (14.5%) wine a joy to drink. Long and crisp on the finish, this is a structured Pinot which is developing nicely and has now entered its drinking window. Drink now-2023.

Textbook ruby color and satiny mouth feel. Voluptuous is the word that comes to mind. Finish is a little soft.
4/10/2022 Drank over 2 days. First day was similar to previous note, but by second day it was developing notes of port.

A little sweet but good earthy flavors with lower acidity.
