  Explosive fruit aroma and flavors... peach, pineapple, orange zest. It just about fails to snatch dryness from the jaws of sugar. Goes perfectly with spicy/soy heavy cuisine. Quite good with Philippine pork adobo. Better with air, as usual.
  
  My main beef with it is that it really needs more acidity to achieve perfect balance. Still, quite enjoyable and fresh at 8 years of age.

  (3.0% R.S.) Deeper color. The nose shows aromas of petrol, orange blossom, lime and a hint of minerals. This is light bodied on the palate with good class but a lack of concentration. The medium plus length finish features just enough acid to balance the significant residual sugar.
