  Dark for Barbaresco. Nice nose, earthy, black cherry and dried mushrooms. Dry delicious cherry and plum flavours and an earthy dry finish.

  Bright ruby red, with a very faint translucent edge. Slow to present its aromatics, with hints of spice and woodsy notes at first, then opening up to become more floral. On the palate, smooth, silky, fresh, luscious, dark fruit and completely harmonious. Tasted with a Vietnamese stew Bo Ko and paired with the Abelsani, same year,, which was a bit more structured and just as compelling. What a holiday treat!

  Clear as a bell light ruby red, strawberry and balsam notes, lively nose that promises and delivers! Dances in your mouth with finesse, and expands with aeration. We’ve tried this wine a few times and it gets better each time.
