From the island where the cruise liner ran aground. Amascohcha is the variety. When young honeydew and citrusy, as it ages it gets sherry and nutty and I am being told and yes, that is there. Palate is there, mineral but I thinks needs to be drunk up now.

Complex nose. Spice and layered. Nutty with a juicy sweetness.
One of only two vineyards on the island.
