  Opened it last night. Not sure if its past it's time. Intense brown color w yellowish rim.
  Tastes a bit like ripe raisins.
  Couldn't drink it. I'll give a try today.
  
  So I actually waited 3 days to try it again and it was totally worth it.
  It smelled like a wine cave in Tuscany. It was amazing. Tasted like prunes, licorice
  Very interesting
