Found in cellar (TY Honey Bunny). Color is medium yellow now, and all sharp citrus has worn off. More subtle and softened citrus, almost candied fruit but very enjoyable

Hints of honeysuckle, orange zest and melon from this wine. Crisp on the palate and not overly acidic. Very versatile and food friendly. Pale yellow color and decent finish

91-92. Had a half glass w/ some oysters. Excellent and well-framed. Nice acid and body, but a lot still shows through. I agree w/ the sentiment of most of the other notes - this is definitely SB, but it's on steroids to give it better definition and clarity than what I'm used to seeing (I don't have experience w/ Bordeaux Blancs). This is in a very good place now - though I'm pretty sure that most of Favia's reds could last decades, so this might be infanticide. The average price of $85 seems high (relative, maybe not to Bordeaux but Austria/Germany). Would buy again at $50-60.

Really good. Honeydew melon, hints of pineapple and citrus finish.
