Quite smooth and well-integrated at this stage (7 years) - it was worth the wait since release. Very pleasant. Not terribly interesting. The merlot character dominates yet it is well balanced with the cab, making for a really nice pour.

This is an amazing bottle from Paso Robles. I opened it an hour before heading to my buddy's house (big Rutherford Cab guy) and made him taste it next to one of his cab's. Didn't take him long to be amazing and prefer this bottle over his, and the look on his face when I told him it was Merlot from Paso was priceless. Deep brewed fruit of black and blueberries, chocolate, herbs and a long grippy finish. Very big for a Merlot. I'm surprised Jada doesn't charge more for this bottle and as the note above me states not most expensive, but definitely one of their best.

This wine is definitely mature. Tannins have softened, great fruit, ready to drink. A fine Paso Cab.

An extremely nice merlot based BDX blend. Well made from obviously very good grapes. I wish I had more than just one left.
