Lennon nose, something dirt or dust too. Mouth is bright, light butter, lemon dominates with mineral. The minerality and dirt contribute to a fuller mouth feel. Moderate finish, mostly lemon amd lime. Above average table wine.

Lots of limestone in the soil here. There are three main sub regions in the Unco Valley. Wal-ti-edity is the highest and that is where this is from. Picked at three different times and then put into a mix of concrete eggs and stainless steel. So with all that its supposed to be a very long term ager.
Much milder than the Prisma, which is to say a very different style.
