  - Brick color with medium forming legs. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant and dusty with a light/medium body. Round texture with a short finish - Still some tannins in this wine but it is fading rather quickly. The fruit in this wine is fading as well.

  All of the elements were in place for an outstanding cabernet. Have prior experience with this wine, so this time was a real surprise. Traditional cabernet nose after a one hour decant. Deep, dark purple in the glass. Rich, thick texture but mouth feel was disappointing, slightly flabby. Flavors were mostly cherry, with some blue fruits and earthiness. Properly stored and no cork problems. Will not offend, but nothing to excite, either.
