An elegant take on Cabernet Franc. Even after 8 years in the bottle, this wine is fresh and vibrant. As Josh Raynalds said in his comments, it's not showing characteristics of Cabernet Franc but reminds me of a nice Pinot Noir from Oregon. Cool climate Pinot Noir. I would pair foods like a Pinot Noir pairing. Nice acidity, fruit (not dark) and soft tannins. Well done, Team Ryme. Would buy again! I still have an 18 in my cellar.

Not a whole lot going on here. Fairly one dimensional, light with Jolly Rancher cherry and a good bit of acidity, short finish and not much else. Have one more bottle, will let that one sit and see if this is just in a closed down state at the moment.

Weedy herbal cranberry flavors followed by a watery middle. A light tannic bite at the end made it surprisingly quaffable for such an otherwise insipid, narrow wine.

Blood, plum, some classic Cab franc undergrowth and with rhubarb and ash as well. Pretty understated palate, mid length, nice restraint to it.
