  From a 5 liter bottle. Inky purple with some ruby tints in the light. After a couple hour decant, aromas of cassis and mulberry and later allspice. By the end of the evening some higher toned rose emerged. A full bodied wine with good balance, firm tannins and bracing acidity. This wine improved over the course of the night. From this format, suspect years to go before it sleeps, likely with improvement.

  This wine is still drinking great. Have one bottle left and I am in no rush to drink it.
