I've always loved the red and the rose but the whites have never done it for me... until now. This is crazy good. I dont know what words I could write to convey how truly awesome it is. To start, it is so expressive of a grape you rarely get to see stand alone... even in its home region. Here though, the flavors are amplified and countless, like a jurancon under a magnifying glass. It's a wine that changes sip by sip, spanning probably every flavor in the fruit spectrum. Guava? Check. Passionfruit? Check. Lemon rind, golden apple, apricot, white grapfruit? Check. Check. Check. Check. I could spend a lot of time with this and probably never get bored.

Thoroughly impressed with this engaging, singular bottling. The nose intrigues from the start, with wax, elderflower, lemon curd, and a nutty rancio edge. The palate commands attention: loads of lemon/lime, faint nutty/butterscotch, tart apple, but the show-stealer is the searing acid spine that holds it all together. The wine only gains force as it gets to room temperature, the acid becoming even more commanding. This wine absolutely needs food, and performs beautifully at the table with seafood and risotto.

Pale amber with tobacco flashes, a bit of haze. Nice nose of earth, wax, citrus. Lemony acidity grabs the palate, along with touches of mushroom. It's tart, quite tart, but flavorful. Not light-bodied, toward medium, with pineapple notes. Tart lemon-peel finish. Interesting.

Brite yellow and lite in the glass. Nose of honeydew, dry grass, lemon oil, vanilla, pith, grapefruit, flowers and vodka. Lite body with mouthwatering lemonade on the palate. Dancing minerals with powerfully cut citrus fruit and acidity. Med-short finish. Delicious at screw & pour, but quickly became brittle, over-built and angular with air.
