This is the first time I've tried this sparkling wine. It was very sweet - almost like a dessert wine in some ways. It was very light gold-coloured with a nose of orange, lime, lychee, peach and pineapple. It tastes like lychee, peach, guava and orange. The body was light with a silky texture and had a medium finish. We paired it with smoked salmon and seared scallops. I would definitely buy it again to pair with the right appetizers.

Actually a very pleasant drink. Perfect for festivities in "Don't drink", "Don't like wine" company...

Bu au resto Di Carlo.
Assez frizzante et un brin sucré.
Léger et simple. Finale courte.
Avec les pâtes,
fut un bel accord.

Søt og fruktig på tuppen av tungen. Bra med futt i flasken. Passer nok bra til søte desserter.

Loads of juicy strawberries and raspberry. Quite pleasant but an horrific amount of sugar
