  Absolute perfection. Decanted 8 hrs but honestly I’m sure was fantastic from the beginning. Balanced, satiny, a literal Goldilocks.. everything just right. Full bodied without the hurt. Great alone but a nice partner with steak. Also fantastic with Vosges Dark Bacon chocolate. Wine some from half French oak, half American oak...some of barrels smoked... just a fantastic blend and yet all Cabernet Sauvignon
