  Very happy with the way this showed tonight - not a producer I am familiar with and bought it at a very reasonable price, so expectations were muted, but this delivered. Lacks blockbuster concentration, but good depth, showing fully ready at this point with good secondary development. Nose of berry preserve and forest floor. Mostly black fruited, with lots of earthy, forest floor notes. Fresh on the finish and quite long. Delivers on its grand cru status.
