  So incredibly flinty. Flint and gasoline. And green pepper. All consuming on the nose. Some beautiful fruit in there — lemon, peach — but such a barrage of gamy, funky flint. Even after 90 minutes. Felt like I was firing a musket in the civil war. Can’t believe people genuinely like this.

  White orchard fruit (apple), citrus (lemon and grapefruit), stony. Good density and with an impressive length. Still pretty young and totally straight. Another 3-5 years of cellar snooze will be beneficial. 93+

  The 2013 Perrieres is generous and rich, while the Montrachet still feels a bit coiled in its current form, the perrieres is quite giving with rich ripe yellow fruit. Not quite nearly the depth of the montrachet or that energy along the finish but still a worthy entry.
