Wow what structure for such an older wine. I would suggest a slight decant to let it open up to its full potential. Dark red color, no bricking, and plenty of well integrated fruit. Smooth lingering finish.

WOW! I bought 9 bottles of this wine and this one, the last, is just plain superior. I saw notes that in the past owners were encouraged to drink up, that it was going over the hill. But it reminds me of classic Bordeauxs where you hit spots where the wine is not good - and then a couple of years later it’s great. Anyhow, soft tannins, soft mouth feel, ripe fruit, etc., etc. Decanted 2 hours and had with 75 day dry aged ribeyes and fresh sautéed morels - it is morel season after all and we’re finding them daily on our forays. Cheers in the time of COVID-19!

Wow, so rich, luscious, and delicious! Many flavors, and very even. Decanted for about 2-3 hours.
