Much better than the first bottle. Nice complexity and crisp acidity. Somewhat creamy mid-palate with very crisp ending. Lots of bottle variation as the first bottle was very different and not a buy again bottle. Based on this bottle I would buy again.

This here's some highbrow Lebanese pan-deglazing wine. (I say this as a massive fan of Musar's reds, btw.) If you feel like paying attention instead of just using it to mop up chicken bits, you'll notice: high acidity, a medium/creamy palate, and some lime zest. It definitely got better an hour or so in, somewhere between room and fridge temp.

Cooked up some Lebanese chick pea stew so naturally had to reach for the Chateau Musar blanc (Lebanese white blend of Viognier, Vermentino and Chardonnay). Not much on the nose maybe some subtle lemon cream. The palate is mainly lemon cream with a hint of anise, some nutmeg, medium acidity and a medium finish. Interesting diversion but not an everyday drinker.

Unlike any other wine I've had. Starts with steely butter and some earth and ends with grapefruit.
