  Pretty amazing for a 16 year old Monterey AVA pinot Noir. Color still solid with minimal bricking. Aroma with developed tertiary notes of leather and spices but no pruniness. Mouth feel was solid with smooth tannins and supporting acids. Definitely past peak but still drinkable.
